Summary:

The Global Marketing Process Manager is the owner of the end-to-end design, implementation and optimization of marketing processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and alignment across the organization. This position will be the primary point of accountability for troubleshooting issues, process development and ownership ensuring collaboration across different functions and countries. The incumbent will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and will ensure business requirements are attained through process and system standardization.Hollister Incorporated operates in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:




  • Set the strategic design, implementation and oversight for marketing processes, starting with sampling process.
  • Develop, document, and maintain end-to-end processes for global sampling lifecycle including request, approval, set-up, distribution, tracking, maintenance, and discontinuation.
  • Standardize workflows across regions while accounting for local regulations, logistical complexities, and market needs.
  • Define governance structures to ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders involved in the process.
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies and troubleshoot issues.
  • Serve as primary contact for all sample related inquires across global marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align processes with business objectives and compliance requirements
  • Regularly evaluate processes for continuous improvement opportunities using data-driven insights and feedback.
  • Act as the key liaison between key functions (such as NPC, operations, sales and IT) and countries to ensure seamless process integration and deliver superior customer experience
  • Establish KPIs for key process and create a dashboard for tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure processes are compliant with regulations (EUMDR).
  • Lead change management efforts when implementing new tools or processes, ensuring smooth adoption across project teams, impacted sites and regions.
  • Identify and prioritize other core marketing processes to standardize and simplify to drive customer-focused improved effectiveness and efficiencies.
  • All other duties as needed or required



Essential Functions of the Role:



  • Office-based for 3 days/week in one of the European or US office.
  • International Travel up to 30% of the time



Requirements:




  • Number of Overall Years Necessary: 5-8
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or process management with proven track record of improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in medical devices / healthcare a plus


  • BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)



Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge:



  • Strong understanding of marketing systems and tools (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Expertise in process mapping and optimization methodologies such as Six Sigma or Agile.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, prioritization and stakeholder management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence and drive change across teams
  • Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
