Job Summary:
The Continuing Education Program Developer is responsible for creating, managing and growing non-credit, professional development programs to maintain and expand the current portfolio of Behavioral Health offerings. The majority of the Behavioral Health portfolio provides educational offerings for professionals and paraprofessionals in the field of behavioral health including but not limited to social workers, psychologists, psychotherapists, and counselors. Ongoing analysis of the market, competition, and the industry direct efforts to expand programs and remain current. Responsibilities include working with teams across the unit in planning and scheduling courses, overseeing budgets, identifying and supporting subject matter instructors, and working directly with organizations on their professional development needs. Responsibilities: Provides guidance for program planning, implementation, and evaluation, and/or supervises non-credit staff. Applies and implements tools and technology that support continuing education opportunities to the institution.
