The Houseperson plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the housekeeping department by providing essential support to the Guestroom Attendants. By working closely with the Team, the Houseperson helps to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests, ensuring that every detail is taken care of to the highest standard. This role is essential in supporting the team and contributing to the overall guest experience, making it an integral part of the hospitality service. THE STARTING RATE: $20.00 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Collaborates with Guestroom Attendants to maintain a welcoming and comfortable guest environment. Ensures high standards by taking care of every detail in guest rooms. Supports the team to enhance the overall guest experience. Plays a key role in providing excellent hospitality service. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Should be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs. Make deliveries to guests, including amenities, linens, rollaways, and refrigerators. Vacuum, remove trash, clean as needed, and maintain the pool area. Assist GRA's by delivering supplies, removing dirty linen/trash, and moving bins to the loading dock, along with special projects on swing shifts.
