THE JOB:

As the Senior Manager of F&B Development Strategy, you will play a critical role in the successful launch and integration of new and rebranded F&B venues. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage Development Strategy, you will oversee the pre-opening, opening, and post-opening phases of projects, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance. Your focus will include project management, compliance with collective bargaining agreements, operational planning, training material development, and post-opening evaluations.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and toolkits to support the opening process (e.g., F&B Opening Playbook, Critical Path, OS&E Punch lists, Task Force Toolkit).

  • Lead the creation and updating of project critical paths, tracking milestones, and communicating needs and deliverables.

  • Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform the venue opening process and gather best practices from previous openings.

  • Design and coordinate inspiration packages, including OS&E/tabletop, uniforms, and branded collateral.

  • Collaborate with partners to integrate brand standards into operations, marketing, and guest service.

  • Support all other elements of the venue opening task list as needed.

  • Perform other job-related duties as required.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.

  • 2+ Years of prior relevant experience in management/supervision of employees in Hospitality/F&B operations.

  • Demonstrated expertise in planning, production, presentation, and control of beverage concepts.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to maintain operational processes and ensure quality standards.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
