We are looking for a Business Support Specialist to join our Group and be a part of our team that is driving towards Excellence. At Endress+Hauser Temperature and System Products, we utilize state-of-the-art production techniques and manufacturing technologies to deliver high quality measurement devices to customers around the world. What is the role about? This position is responsible for ensuring proactive administrative support to the General Manager and all of the management team, business support for the product center sales & marketing team and contribution on the special projects team for the T+SP entity. This position will report to the General Manager of Endress+Hauser Temperature and System Products out of the Greenwood site. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong sense of urgency, the desire to advance their career and a passion for our customers.
Which tasks will you perform? You will:
- 50% - Provide administrative support to the Management Team:
- Communicate with a wide variety of personnel, including but not limited to, Management team members, global colleagues, and all company associates
- Serve as the main point of contact for travel management including communication, arrangements, authorizations, bookings, etc. for domestic and international travel. This responsibility extends to others in the company and those visiting from other entities & locations outside of T+S.
- Create, draft and/or proof outgoing correspondence, documents, presentations, or information and communicate to the appropriate internal and/or external parties involved.
- Support calendar management by arranging schedules and meetings
- Administer the corporate credit card program, including reconciling monthly billing statements and preparing individual expense reports for the management team.
- Be a primary contributor or lead the company Events Team. Prioritize, plan, coordinate, execute and review all company events
- 25% - Provide Business Support for Product Center Marketing & Sales teams:
- Maintain and manage the project tracker database
- Generate reports from SFDC.
- Perform Win/Loss analysis to report on our project Win-Rates and Loss lessons learned analysis
- Work collaboratively with the sales development managers (SDM's) and business development managers (BDM's) on improving commercial performance.
- 25% - Manage and/or lead special projects for the TS Entity:
- Develop detailed project plans for your assigned workstreams, collaborate with team members to accomplish goals.
- Solve problems that arise in the execution of such workstreams.
- Utilize Problem Solving Processes (A3) to get to root-cause and collaborate & execute permanent countermeasure.

- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field along with two (2) to five (5) years of experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
