The Sr. Manager, Technical Services is responsible for overseeing the successful deployment of WellSky software solutions to clients. The scope of this job includes estimation, assignment, and prioritization of work to ensure successful and timely completion of contractual obligations with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate complex technical requests, assess project scope feasibility, and allocate resources to ensure alignment with client needs, WellSky standards, and timelines.
  • Communicate project updates with persuasion and clarity to manage high-stakes client interactions and gain buy-in.
  • Identify and address technical constraints, prioritize execution of risk strategies, and proactively communicate potential issues and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, client satisfaction, and team efficiency by using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement across multiple solution lines.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members, manage client escalations, and lead troubleshooting and innovative problem-solving efforts.
  • Partner with other departments to deliver projects cohesively, integrate technical insights with broader WellSky objectives, and influence decision-making by effectively communicating strategic recommendations across disciplines.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 6-8 years relevant work experience
  • At least 2-4 years relevant management work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree
  • Experience in healthcare
  • Experience in business development/growth

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 30% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
