Are you passionate about cooking and creating unforgettable experiences? Join our team as a Cook, where your culinary skills will shine, and become a culinary star in our next Main Kitchen! THE STARTING RATE: $21.30 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Maintain strong knowledge of food products, culinary techniques, and menu items, with a focus on presentation. Safely operate kitchen equipment, restock supplies, and properly label and date products to ensure safety and sanitation. Assist kitchen leadership and staff in executing service, including preparing base sauces, stocks, and soups. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Prefer some kitchen experience or trade school or culinary program.
- Experience with a production kitchen, large volume and very repetitive work.
