Description:
The Revenue Operations Quote to Cash Strategy and Marketplace Operations team is responsible for the planning, analysis, and implementation of strategic projects in the Salesforce QTC space. The GTM Strategy & Marketplace Operations Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward that are critical to the company's long-term success. The primary focus will be the day-to-day operations of the AWS Marketplace platform which includes creating and managing AWS Private Offers for Salesforce customers. The role will include the maintenance of over $2B in total contract value for customers who have previously purchased through the AWS Marketplace. This role works closely with sales, product, strategic partnerships, and finance teams across Salesforce. The position will also include participation in various other strategic initiatives and project-based work. The role will report to the Senior Manager of the Quote to Cash Strategy & Integrations Team. Salesforce.com is a fast-paced environment and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running to manage multiple responsibilities and projects while producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily operations for the AWS Marketplace, an exciting new selling channel for Salesforce
  • Create and maintain AWS Marketplace contracts by creating and amending Private Offers
  • Design and drive requirements gathering and perform user acceptance testing for monthly releases for new features for internal Marketplace selling automation
  • Update AWS Marketplace product listings and usage dimensions
  • Participate in cross-functional workshops for strategic projects
  • Represent Quote to Cash as a stakeholder and trusted advisor for all of Revenue Operations
  • Apply knowledge, skills, and judgment to make recommendations and resolve issues
  • Develop, document, and maintain a repository of Quote to Cash process flows and enablement materials
  • Work on high-visibility projects and initiatives that transform the way we do business

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Understanding of the Quote to Cash lifecycle
  • Understanding and knowledge of cloud Marketplaces
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a curious mindset and a demonstrated ability for critical thinking
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines where adaptability is imperative
  • Ability to understand broader business and financial issues, juggle multiple projects and tasks, and work with deadlines in a complex environment
  • Able to communicate effectively and document decisions in a clear and concise manner

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Working knowledge of process documentation software, Google Sheets or project management software
  • Experience related to CPQ or Order Management Systems
  • Experience with selling on cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Marketplace)
  • Experience with Tackle.io
