Quality Inspectors

Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Potential for Permanent Conversion)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift (12:00 PM - 8:00 PM preferred, with some flexibility)

We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to support our parts inspection and ensure compliance with quality standards. This role will work closely with Research & Development (R&D) as needed and will be responsible for maintaining full traceability of products and components. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing and lab environment.

  Perform quality control inspections on parts to ensure compliance with specifications.

  Collaborate with the R&D department when required.

  Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

  Enforce traceability standards for all products and components.

  Document and report non-conformances (NCRs) and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

  Education: Technical Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Experience using calipers, comparators, and micrometers.

    
    
  • 
    

    Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings for inspections.

    
    
  • 
    

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas.

    Experience with data reporting and NCRs.

    
    
  • 
    

    Prior work in lab and/or manufacturing environments.

    
    
  • 
    

    Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of quality control fundamentals.

    
    
  • 
    

    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.

    
    
  • 
    

    Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

  Experience with OGP Smartscope vision measurement systems.

  Medical device and clean room experience.
