*Description*
* To manage critical mortgage loan documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality, and integrity. * Adhere to safeguarding of information; retrieval of data/documents effectively; company and investor document lifecycle procedures; company and investor records retention regulations and requirements; and compliance with federal, state and company regulations. * Work under direct supervision. Process lien releases and paid in full mortgage loans. Participates in basic research/review with narrow scope. * Monitor and respond to various queues/queries via email and/or phone. * Format reports for document release requests for efficient retrieval. Update database for outgoing documents. * Reroute requests to appropriate business unit when necessary * Resolve escalated member issues and problems such as a third party requesting a copy of a paid in full mortgage loan documentation requiring validation it was recorded by the county and verifying the member provided permission for the release - Basic research/review * Reconcile transmittal reports to ensure loans requiring lien releases are transmitted and loans not requiring lien releases e.g., Default loans * Examine loans on hold, missing images, and provide necessary information prior to due dates * Ensure original, copy, or electronic documents are sent to member at the time of payoff during the lien release process *Skills & Qualifications* * Basic computer proficiency is required for digital tracking * Proficiency in Basic Excel * Experience in Mortgage or Legal is a plus (not required) *Experience Level* * Minimum of 2 years in office admin / customer service roles *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
