Job Summary:
The ShopUW+ Lead will play a critical role in support of the Universities of Wisconsin transition to Workday Enterprise with go-live scheduled for July 1, 2025. This position will also provide leadership for the ongoing maintenance and business continuous improvement for the supplier and contracting platform, Jaggaer, known to the UW as ShopUW+, following the go- live transition. This position will provide support of operational alignment of resources and technology solutions to Universities of Wisconsin business needs and initiatives. Responsibilities: Leads and/or directs, recommends, designs, troubleshoots, and maintains Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to support the business operations of the institution. Leads or directs system analysis, strategy development, and provides training and technical guidance to less experienced staff to support ERP systems. Resolves the most complex problems independently or by guiding team members. Acts as principal contact or lead for development of technical solutions within application and database management infrastructure. Leads analysis and stakeholder engagement for new and ongoing functionality. May supervise, coordinate workload, or mentor other staff.
