The Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic Senior Manager to lead Adobe's FP&A team supporting Creative Cloud for Business products. In this high-visibility role, you will partner closely with product and product marketing leadership and collaborate with go-to-market and sales teams to develop and implement long-term strategies. You will drive analytics, generate insights, and provide data-backed recommendation to optimize performance and drive business growth. This is a multifaceted role with the chance to create an impact across a diverse set of routes-to-markets, spanning digital surfaces to enterprise sales. This position leads a team of three senior analysts.

What You'll Do
  • Focus on big-picture strategies that drive long-term growth while understanding and addressing the complexities of translating long-term strategies into short-term execution plans. Take ownership of long-range financial planning and strategic business modeling.
  • Coordinate the complete reporting and analytics process for ARR and critical usage metrics, linking early indicators to performance measurements and identifying any gaps in reporting.
  • Provide recommendations on pricing and packaging by working closely with Business Model Strategy and Go to Market teams, ensuring world-class product positioning.
  • Collaborate across the product and sales ecosystem to align financial strategies with business objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing financial insights that drive decision-making.
  • Lead ongoing analytics efforts to generate actionable insights and data-backed recommendations. Develop scalable reporting systems and automation tools to drive efficiency and reduce time-to-insight.
  • Guide, support, and develop your team, promoting teamwork and high performance based on what we value: Build the Future, Own the Result, and Set the Standard.
What You Need to Be Successful
  • Minimum of 8 years in FP&A or related roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, economics, or a related field; MBA or comparable advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems, automation, and reporting at scale. Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g. SQL), data visualization (e.g. PowerBI or Tableau) and financial reporting systems is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving large-scale planning processes involving multiple business partners. Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify problems and frame effective solutions.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and business partnering skills. Ability to convey financial information to non-financial partners clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead and inspire teams, providing mentorship and guidance to ignite their full potential.
  • Self-starter with an inquisitive mind, eager to challenge the status quo and provide recommendations. Ability to adapt quickly to change and champion the advancement of FP&A processes, tools, and financial modeling to improve the FP&A and overall finance function.
