THE JOB:

As the Borgata Baking Company Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting the Front Service team, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. Step into a leadership position where your expertise helps drive excellence and sets the standard for outstanding service in our vibrant outlet.

THE STARTING RATE:$20.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Supervise outlet staff during shift.

• Work with staff to ensure correct check handling and closing procedures.

• Assign tasks to employees and ensure they are completed correctly and on time.

• Communicate with management, chefs, and staff to address guest and employee needs.

• Keep inventory and stocking areas updated; order supplies and prepare requisitions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Supervisory Experience

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills

• Computer Proficiency
