About this opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic OT (Operational Technology) Partner Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through strategic partnerships, expanding our partner ecosystem, and increasing market share for our OT solutions. You will collaborate closely with internal sales, technical, and partner teams to ensure the successful adoption and integration of our products and services within partner ecosystems.
What Will You Do
- Partner Relationship Management: Develop and manage long-term relationships with key OT partners, ensuring mutual growth and profitability.
- Sales Strategy Development: Work with leadership to create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the partner network in the OT sector.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage a partner sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting of partner performance.
- Partner Enablement: Provide training, resources, and sales enablement support to partners to ensure successful sales execution and technical integration of OT products.
- Collaborative Selling: Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to execute joint go-to-market initiatives and deliver tailored OT solutions to customers.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands to position OT products effectively in the market.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the success and performance of partner-driven sales, ensuring targets are met and identifying areas for improvement.
- Contract Negotiation & Management: Assist in the negotiation and execution of partner agreements and contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The Skills You Bring
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in OT (Operational Technology) sales, partner management, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of OT products, solutions, and the associated market trends.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record of sales success in driving revenue growth through partners in the OT industry.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and work with senior leaders, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to assess partner performance and market dynamics.
- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and convey the technical aspects of OT solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with specific OT sectors such as manufacturing, industrial automation, energy, or smart buildings.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management platforms.
