Job Summary: At GDEP, the Development Engineer plays a critical role in researching, developing, sustaining, and troubleshooting high-performance pump assemblies and components for an industry-leading company. This role requires applying sound engineering principles to drive innovation and ensure product reliability in severe-duty applications. The Development Engineer will take ownership of the full technical product development cycle-from concept generation through product launch-while providing technical support to customers and manufacturing teams. Success in this role requires collaborative problem-solving, cross-functional teamwork, and a commitment to delivering robust, high-quality products that meet the toughest demands.
