Our Actuarial department is a dynamic group of professionals focusing on enterprise risk management, pricing, reserving, and data analysis for all lines of business. The actuarial team analyzes and models all aspects of enterprise risk management risks, including but not limited to, underwriting risk, operational risk, credit risk, etc., ; creates, maintains and updates pricing models for underwriters to utilize; creates reserving estimates for all lines of business and assists with financial- and claims-related items, helping the organization to succeed using our insurance expertise. We aim to improve practices and efficiency across the organization, while using data to the fullest potential to gain insights that help Safety National meet our goals. Role Description: As an Actuarial ERM Manager (internally known as ERM Manager) at Safety National, you'll lead strategic risk management efforts that shape how we identify, analyze, and mitigate enterprise-wide risks. You'll use advanced modeling techniques and your deep understanding of insurance operations to strengthen our ERM framework. In this influential role, you'll manage the development of ERM models and reporting, guide risk metrics and governance processes, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and Tokio Marine affiliates. In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target base salary range for this position is $113,000 to $183,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location. #LI-Remote |
