The Component & Options Planning (COPS/PVS) team within the SCM Organization here at Stellantis helps us to optimize vehicle production to meet the demands of our customers. The Component & Options Planning Analyst role ensures proper component and options planning are in place in advance of program changes resulting from demand driven changes (sales & marketing) and/or product plan changes. The Component & Options Planning (COPS) Analyst works in partnership with Powertrain, Capacity Sizing, Order Management/Execution & Releasing and other Stellantis SCM groups to ensure the vehicles/program are buildable.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, or related degree
• Strong interest in automotive industry
• Strong written and oral communication skill
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment
• Computer proficient (including spreadsheet, word processing, presentation and database applications)
