Position Summary: The mission of Real Estate Development and Facilities (RED+F) Department is to plan, develop, operate and maintain the campus of the NYU Langone Medical Center and provide the foundation for its growth and success in the 21st century. RED+F provides strategic campus planning and project development services, including architectural studies, programming, design, construction and associated infrastructure and technological upgrades, for new structures and renovations to existing structures on the NYU Langone Medical Center campus. The Department also operates and manages all facilities, infrastructure and related support services across the medical center. Reporting to NYU Langone Health's Director - Interior Design, the Assistant Project Manager - Interior Design will assist with creating and maintain the NYULH design aesthetic across all areas of the campuses. They will review work of and assist Project Coordinator(s) as well as the Interior Intern(s). They will also be in charge of reviewing projects and establishing schedules for project completion. Project types vary from Office Interiors, Healthcare Interiors to Education and public spaces. Job Responsibilities:

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $67,771.14 - $74,000.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
