Requirements: Master Level Degree in Social Work 3 years related experience 3 years acute care experience The Team Lead, Inpatient Case Management MSW assumes responsibility, accountability and leadership for the daily operations including coordination of work, quality, and service for Inpatient Case Management. Assist supervisor for assigned site/function. Participates in the work activities of assigned teams and provides case management services as needed. Maintains fiscal accountability for departmental activities. Provides feedback on hiring and evaluations of personnel. Functions in one of the following practice settings: Hospitals only BLS required within 90 days of hire.
