** Internal Workers - Please log into your Workday account to apply ** Huntington Hospital Employee LoginCompensation Range: Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $23.00 - $23.00 / Hour depending on qualifications and experience.Department: 861014 Enterprise Project Management OfficeExpectations: To provide intern with exposure to healthcare operations, administration, and health information technology to develop key skills required for success, under the guidance of an experienced mentor. Intern will serve as a resource to department and to internal customers in the implementation of assigned projects.EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field required. Masters degree (or degree in progress, with at least 1 semester of classes completed) strongly preferred. Applicants generally must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, although exceptions may be made based on qualifications and experience. EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: A minimum of two years' work experience in Information Technology, healthcare or related field required. Formal project management training strongly preferred. SKILLS: - Excellent communications skills (verbal and written); able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment, assisting project team members at varying levels within the organization. - Highly self-motivated and able to readily adapt to new and diverse situations. - Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook and collaboration tools such as SharePoint. - Good personal organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks while prioritizing and using time effectively.
