Key Details:
Primary Responsibilities: Food preparation, meal service, and sanitation. Patient Care Required? No Essential Responsibilities: Attend department meetings, in-services, and training sessions as assigned. Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and department equipment. Follow HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) food safety and sanitation standards. Set up and stock food stations for meal service. Assemble patient trays and deliver them to patient rooms. Clean workstations, equipment, and floors at the end of each meal. Operate dish machines, trash compactors, and perform mopping as needed. Prepare additional food items for patient tray lines. Complete assigned sanitation projects as directed by the manager.
