Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Patient Care Required? No Essential Responsibilities: Attend production and department meetings, training, and in-services. Follow food safety regulations (HACCP and other compliance standards). Adjust food production quantities based on census and retail volume. Ensure recipe and dietary compliance. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cooking areas and equipment. Prepare daily menu items, specials, and catering as assigned. Monitor inventory and alert supervisors about shortages or concerns. Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude. Demonstrate cost-consciousness regarding time and product usage. Adapt to scheduling or job changes as needed. Education Physical Requirements
