Senior Analyst Onboard Experience Position Summary: The Senior Analyst Onboard Experience reports to the Manager Product Development and is responsible for enhancing the in-flight onboarding experience vision, including managing all soft product in both Mint and Core cabins. Being a leader in a cross-functional customer experience team, the Senior Analyst is the subject matter expert regarding business partner service level agreements and menu design, all onboard product offerings, and managing the catering performance management matrix. This individual is a member of the Commercial team that is dedicated to delivering the best possible product at a reasonable price to customers. The Senior Analyst is a customer-focused marketing professional who is skilled at building and maintaining relationships at all levels within and outside of the organization and excels in a matrix environment, can change priorities to meet business demands, and is able to influence others without authority.
