Job Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to lead performance management initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness.

  • Assist with the design and implementation of succession planning programs to ensure a pipeline of leadership talent for key roles.

  • Contribute to enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture through targeted interventions and strategies that align with company values and goals.

  • Provide support for change management initiatives and helping smooth transitions during periods of transformation.

  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced learning solutions for development and performance improvement, utilizing best practices in instructional design and blended learning methodologies.

  • Provide thought leadership on performance management and learning methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy learning solutions that address complex business challenges.

  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, change management, and learning to ensure innovative, effective solutions.

  • Provide performance consulting and coaching to stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

  • Lead cross-functional training and development initiatives with enterprise-wide impact, overseeing all phases from needs assessment to deployment and evaluation.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on advanced instructional design, blended learning methodologies, and emerging training technologies.

  • Proven track record of influencing senior management and driving cultural change through learning initiatives.

  • Expertise in advanced instructional design, adult learning theories, learning analytics, and performance consulting.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in performance management, succession planning, organizational learning, and employee engagement, with a focus on strategic initiatives and organizational change.

  • Proven track record of collaborating with leadership teams to influence culture and drive business performance through human capital solutions.

  • Expertise in performance management systems, succession planning, leadership development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational learning methodologies.

  • Strong experience with instructional design, blended learning, and emerging training technologies.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive complex, enterprise-wide projects from conception to successful execution.

  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and consulting skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of change management principles and best practices.

License/Certification/Registration Requirements

Professional certifications (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-SCP, PMP) highly desirable

Salary Range:

$68.18 - $102.27 USD Hourly
