Shive-Hattery is seeking a highly motivated architect experienced in private sector architectural design while having a firm understanding and comprehension of market trends. This talented, detail-oriented individual will demonstrate the leadership skills necessary to strengthen and support the performance and culture of the office by engaging in a work environment where staff are engaged and can excel in their abilities. Candidates should demonstrate experience in all aspects of the design process including Programming, Master Planning, Conceptual, Schematic and Design Development presentations, 3D modeling, and the technical proficiency to successfully implement designs through the CD/CA phases. Responsibilities would include participation in design and construction phase activities and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project. This candidate will also ensure clients receive superior service while supporting business development efforts and overall growth. Requirements
