TheRegional Sales Managerwill lead a team of highly skilled Sales Specialists and operationally focused Sales Support Coordinators to build massive pipeline for the Corporates Segment. This role will lead the team by focusing on building and executing wide scale programs, initiatives and projects that help SDRs, BDRs and AEs build pipeline. You will build meaningful relationships with Product, Marketing, Industry and Sales leaders and manage OKRs for the Sales and Business Development teams.

Location: Prefer candidate able to go to one of our hub locations (MN, MI, TX), but will consider remote US based candidates. This role will require infrequent travel internationally.

About the Role:

In this opportunity you will:

  • Lead a Sales Specialist team accountable for driving new sales, upsell, cross sell and retention
  • Lead the Sales Support Coordinator team the drives all operations for the org
  • Applies a broad perspective to identify solutions to complex problems
  • Drives change, innovation and accountability by executing on goals and initiatives
  • Develops, plans and sets priorities in alignment with leadership to support overall business strategy
  • Delivery of target financial and strategy objectives
  • Accurate forecasting and achievement of sales and renewal
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure alignment with sales and retention objectives as well as departmental ownership of talent development.
  • Collaborate and partner with sales support channels; Marketing, Field Sales, Finance, Human Resources etc; to enable maximum opportunity to successfully attain goals.
  • Proactively identify and respond to issues in the department that affect teamwork and goal attainment.
  • Provide innovative and creative solutions, in addition to leveraging peers, in the resolutionprocess.

About You:

You're a fit for the role if you have:

  • B.S. in business or related area and/or like work experience desired
  • 4+ years management experience
  • 5+ years experience with successful sales in Business to Business marketplace
  • 2+ years project management and strategy development.
  • Ability to understand when and where to make adjustments to business operations in order to meet objectives
  • Experience with Solution Selling/Consultative Sales, Sandler Selling Methodologies, building and driving to OKRs, Coaching Sales Process, product training and professional development
  • In-depth business and industry knowledge
  • Excellent demonstrated ability to engage, communicate, and create meaningful relationships at key stakeholder and C-Level
  • Demonstrates strong people leadership skills
  • Strong B2B business development skills, including demonstrable experience in sales/up-sell, retention and solutions development
  • Strong understanding and experience with
  • Proven record of successful sales performance a plus
  • Exceptional organizational, verbal communication and relationship building skills

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $146,300 - $271,700.
This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
