Analyst of LMS Reporting

Your role on the team:



  • Runs reports from Red Prairie Labor Management System, Kronos, and Warehouse Management System(s)
  • Analyzes data in Excel, including using v-lookups and pivot tables; develops PowerPoint presentations; creates and maintains dashboards.
  • Audits and validates data and ensures consistency in reporting.
  • Reviews results to determine root cause and leading indicators.
  • Develops action plans to improve reporting.
  • Provides site level support to warehouse operations team for labor management.
  • Coaches' operations supervisors and develops training to improve performance.
  • Submits LMS requests for issue resolution and system upgrades.
  • Works closely with Engineering on LMS upgrades and new account installations


What you need:



  • Minimum 1-3 years relevant experience and/or training
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience and/or training
  • PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook; advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Travel as required to support regional LMS activities.
  • Previous Labor Management Systems experience preferred.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace and demanding environment
  • Ability to work flexible schedule and weekends as needed.
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage own work.
