We're a team of dreamers and doers. We celebrate curiosity, creativity, and diverse perspectives. When you join us, you'll find:

About Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

Adobe Experience Platform is the intelligence layer powering real-time personalization across Adobe Experience Cloud. With built-in GenAI capabilities, an agentic AI framework, and scalable decisioning infrastructure, AEP helps businesses turn data into action-seamlessly and securely. Whether it's onboarding millions of profiles or orchestrating journeys in real time, we're helping brands connect with people in new and meaningful ways.

What you'll do

In this role, you'll guide the strategy and evolution of AEP's data services, driving features that make onboarding, enrichment, modeling, and activation smarter and more scalable. You'll partner closely with engineering, research, and design teams to turn vision into reality. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle-from ideation to launch and growth.
  • Working across teams to embed GenAI and agentic AI into data workflows.
  • Building scalable features that support enterprise use cases with privacy and governance at the core.
  • Turning customer insights and usage data into meaningful product decisions.
  • Championing collaboration and alignment across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
Who you are

You're a problem solver and doer who excels in uncertain situations, acts quickly, and prioritizes customer happiness. You ask big questions, seek out patterns, and act on insights. You bring people together to build what's next. We'd love to meet you if you:

  • Bring 5+ years of product management experience in data platforms, infrastructure, or intelligent systems.
  • Have shipped meaningful products and evolved them from MVP to scale.
  • Understand AI/ML concepts and how they power real-world applications.
  • Communicate clearly with engineers and executives alike-and love doing it.
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. (An MBA or business experience is a bonus!)
