Call Specialist Peachford is currently searching for an experienced Call Specialist for our Intake Department. What Role Will You Play? The Call Specialist will assess the needs of callers and patient presenting for assessment and ensure their admission or referral to the service or resource to best address their needs. Qualifications What Does Peachford Require for this Role? To be successful in this position, you need at least one year of Behavioral/mental health experience preferably in a crisis intervention environment. A bachelor's degree in a counseling or related. |
