We have proudly served the residents of the greater Boston area since 1909. Our medical staff consists of psychiatrists who average 20 years of practice at our facility, providing a solid and trusted foundation for our patient-focused approach to behavioral healthcare. We are an important community resource for a wide range of vital behavioral healthcare services. We treat primary psychiatric and substance abuse disorders and constantly strive to meet the needs of our communities with treatment that address individualized behavioral health needs. We stand ready to provide compassionate care through inpatient treatment and a strong continuum of aftercare services, community-based programs, and day treatment.

We are currently hiring Licensed and Licensed Eligible (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) Mental Health Clinicians for our outpatient clinic. Experience with any of the following is preferred, but not required:

  • Adult, Child, or Adolescent Outpatient
  • Spanish speaking is a plus!

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family and group therapy sessions
  • Support clients through collaboration with other medical service providers, state agencies, other mental health services (including crisis services), and other community agencies and resources
  • Individuals are responsible for managing their own schedule

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling. Degree must be eligible for Massachusetts clinical licensure
  • Eligibility for licensure is required
  • Current LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PHD preferred
  • Current Massachusetts resident required
