This role can be based out of our New York City office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Define the AI strategy within Sales Ops, identifying impactful use cases for generative AI and setting up initiatives to realize these across sales processes
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Work with engineering and data science teams to design, implement, and operationalize generative AI solutions that support areas like forecasting, account insights, and sales coaching
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, to align AI capabilities with GTM objectives
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current sales processes and develop AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows and improve team productivity
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage insights from AI-driven analytics to drive strategic recommendations and optimize resource allocation


Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years in Sales Operations, Strategy, or related fields, with 3+ years in AI or data-driven roles
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying AI solutions within a sales or GTM context
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies
  • Advanced knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts; experience with generative AI is preferred
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for end-users
  • Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of sales processes, metrics, and workflows, with the ability to align AI initiatives to support sales goals and improve efficiency
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders


Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

MongoDB's base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.
