Looking for a Reimbursement Manager, full-time, in-office, preferably a certified coder with a minimum of 3 years management experience. Must have a bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of revenue cycle management experience including A/R, insurance contracting and analytic reporting in the health care industry. Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and leadership skills. Position is located close to Wesley hospital and reports to the Practice Administrator. Responsible for assuring the appropriate insurance reimbursements are received, coordinating insurance contracts, the refund process, monitoring compliance with State and Federal laws in relation to reimbursement.
