Job Title: Technical Project Manager - Remote

Highly skilled expert and motivated Technical Project Manager to lead critical initiatives. This TPM will be responsible for leading all aspects of the planning coordination and execution of sophisticated technical projects within our organization. Experiential knowledge of one or more of the following is a plus Cloud implementations via Azure Virtual Systems e.g. Citrix Azure Virtual Desktop other VDI technologies Gen AI. Experience.

Responsibilities
  • Experienced and motivated Technical Project Coordinator to lead critical initiatives.
  • This TPM will be responsible for coordinating the planning coordination and execution of sophisticated technical projects within our organization.
  • Experiential knowledge of one or more of the following is a plus Cloud implementations via Azure Virtual Systems e.g. Citrix Azure Virtual Desktop other VDI technologies Gen AI. Experience.
  • Experience working with senior leaders is a must as a key responsibility for this role is to provide frequent reports to executive owners of the organizations highest priority delivery areas.
  • Lead planning and coordination with multi-functional teams including software engineers, operations, business partners, enterprise security, and identity management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines, achievements, and prioritization.
  • Engage with team members to identify project goals, requirements, and the work that needs to be done
  • Break down projects into management task sets and distribute among team members
  • Monitor project progress identify risks and proactively address potential roadblocks
  • Regularly communicate project status updates to collaborators and team members using detailed and clear approaches suitable for the level of leadership being addressed.
  • Where vital conduct analysis needs assessments and cost benefit assessments
Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until January 21, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $73,350 - $116,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
