Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow Source to Pay Module, Agile/Scrum, ITIL.

This role requires a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel. Proficiency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation project lifecycle for Source to Pay initiatives.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide expertise in ITIL processes to enhance service management practices.
• Utilize Service Now for efficient project tracking and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project transparency.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure resource allocation aligns with project requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
• Prepare and present project documentation and reports.

Certifications Required

PMP, ITIL Foundation, Agile/Scrum Certified, ServiceNow Certification, ServiceNow Platform, ServiceNow Source to Pay (S2P) Module
