Licensure and Experience:

No specific licensure or certification is needed. However, at least one year of related work experience in a construction trade such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical, or mechanical is required. Time spent in trades programs may count toward the one-year work experience requirement.

Shift: Day 7:00am - 3:30pm

Job Summary:

A high school diploma or GED is required. The candidate must possess basic knowledge of electrical, carpentry, mechanical, and plumbing tools and materials. Familiarity with safety rules, procedures, and practices, including proper use of safety equipment as defined by OSHA and industry standards, is expected.

Salary Range: Minimum 17.28 per hour - Maximum 20.06 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
