Are you an experienced Master's Level Therapist, but not looking for full-time work?

Centennial Peaks is looking for a Co-Facilitation/PRN therapist, to help co-facilitate our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) groups in conjunction with Lead Therapist and have the opportunity for additional hours on an as needed basis within the Outpatient Department. This position facilitates quality, evidence-based mental health therapy groups with the established curriculum and programming specifics that help achieve our patients continued treatment goals. The Co-Facilitation Therapist is responsible for conducting second half of the PHP day group facilitation of psychoeducation, completion of online trainings, maintaining accurate patient documentation in the medical record, assisting Lead Therapist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients.

Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology or Clinical Mental Health Counseling REQUIRED

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to demonstrate competency in the criteria listed in this job description. The specifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability to meet the minimum requirements for this position. Staff must demonstrate flexibility for reassignment to provide care to varied populations including adults/adolescents and dually diagnosed patients in an intensive outpatient and partial hospital setting.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • The ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment is critical.
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology or Clinical Mental Health Counseling REQUIRED
  • Prior experience providing therapeutic interventions for the psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient or group setting.
  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred.
  • Prefer knowledge of group and individual therapy interventions and modalities, risk assessment and crisis/behavior management, mental health disorders and associated treatment, discharge planning and patient case management.
