JHCP is looking for aTriage Registered Nurse (RN)to provide high quality care to patients at ourFamily Medicine practice in Westminster, MD.

As a RN here, you'll play a pivotal role in providing top- notch care and support to our clinic. Responds to incoming patient calls, and MyChart messages requiring triage of urgent symptoms. Provides patient education for acute and chronic medical conditions. Supports the practice as needed for regulatory and operational issues. Guides and advises other interdisciplinary team members to promote positive outcomes. Collaborates with quality management and case management teams to coordinate patient care.

Work schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week- 8-hour day shifts- Monday- Friday. No evenings/nights, weekends or holidays. A great schedule to balance work & family.

Who Should Apply:

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in MD required.
• Associates' Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
• AHA CPR card
• One year of RN experience or more preferred.
• The ideal candidate will have a background in ambulatory and/or acute care setting.

Salary Range: Minimum $36.31 per hour - Maximum $56.28 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
