Summary:

The Associate Director Events holds a key position within the events team, responsible for overseeing the execution of the organization's event portfolio. This role provides guidance to the events team, manages key relationships with stakeholders, and ensures the successful delivery of high-quality events. Responsibilities include managing event budgets, fostering strategic vendor partnerships, and evaluating event performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. The Associate Director of Events plays a pivotal role in crafting innovative event experiences, ensuring that each event is impactful, brand-aligned, and meets the organization's goals and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:




  • Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in event planning, with 1 year of professional experience.
  • Proven track record of managing complex events.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in event & donor management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required


Salary Range: Minimum 29.74 per hour - Maximum 47.58 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
