Responsible for the coordination and implementation of the Nurse Residency Program and other transition-to-practice initiatives.She/he Identifies and implements strategies aimed to increase novice nurse knowledge and transition to professional practice, improved performance and retention. Participates on multidisciplinary committees to complete projects/procedures that affect direct patient care. Participates in implementing strategic hospital and department initiatives. Salary Range: Minimum 43.93 per hour - Maximum 68.09 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
