Job Details

Provides executive leadership for all Jefferson clinically integrated, PHO, and ACO networks. Oversees all operational functions of these networks including governance, financial distributions, independent relationships and other functions. Collaborates with compliance, legal, finance and other operational teams.

Job Description

Essential Functions
* Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
* Provides executive direction for Jefferson and LVHN clinically integrated, PHO, and ACO networks
* Leads board meetings, presentations, policies, and participation agreement activity for clinically integrated networks.
* Manages independent relationships for network members including performance and scorecards.
* Partners with legal and compliance to ensures CIN/PHO operations are executed compliantly
* Partners with clinical leadership on performance management, quality improvement, and other initiatives
* Partners with strategy, finance, operations and other key stakeholders to ensure a strong value proposition to independent members.
* Oversight of CIN, PHO, and ACO staff.
* Assists with growing independent physician network members.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required):

  • Strong knowledge of CIN, PHO, and ACO regulations and operations
  • Experience in managing independent practice members as part of value based vehicles

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education:
Masters preferred.

AND

Experience:
8 to 10 years leading CIN, ACO, and or PHO entities
