Summary
Works closely with Clinical Research Staff and Research Fellows to organize and support all aspects of data collection, management and integrity for multiple clinical trials. The primary responsibility is clinical protocol support orchestrating the many aspects of a series of active investigations.

Essential Functions
-Writes and organizes the paperwork streams for Human Studies approval, reapproval and amendments.

-Prepares and tracks applications for IRB approval.

-Collects and interprets data necessary for qualifying enrollment of human subjects.

-Monitors and ensures protocol compliance.

-Monitors and reports on protocol progress, schedules resources as appropriate.

-Resolves data discrepancies as requested.

-Discusses and understands the content of research protocols with the research Director and Principal Investigator.

Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

Experience
Research Related Experience 1-2 years preferred

- Ability to recognize compliance and data integrity issues and respond appropriately.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, vendors, contract research organizations and professional staff.
- Effective interpersonal and communications skills.
