Key Responsibilities: * Manage interest rate locks for mortgage loans, ensuring accuracy and compliance. * Develop and implement optimal pricing strategies. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exemplary customer service. * Interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. * Utilize mortgage industry software and systems, such as Encompass, Optimal Blue, and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (MERS). Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage operations, with a focus on interest rate lock management or secondary marketing. * Thorough understanding of mortgage products, pricing strategies, and interest rate risk management principles. * Proficiency in mortgage industry software and systems. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. * Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
