Req#: 648862 Epic Applications Coordinator II Monday-Friday 8:30-5 This position requires one day a month regularlary in the office. Also, there might be a need for weekend work during Special Projects and Go Lives also in the office. Johns Hopkins 750 E. Pratt Street., 5th Floor Baltimore, MD 21202 The Application Coordinator (AC) will be key in the development and design of the Epic Ambulatory module and is required to gain an in-depth knowledge of Ambulatory. The AC will assist with full system testing and go-live planning, works with the appropriate subject matter experts and other project team members in design, build, and validation sessions, employs proficient analytical skills to define systems requirements and objectives for system application and interfaces, and support application during and after live process.

Job Responsiblities: *Analysis and Design-Employs proficient analytical skills to define systems requirements and objectives for system application and interfaces. *Application Congiguration/Development-Works with the appropriate subject matter experts and other project team members in design, build, and validation sessions. *Testing and Implementation Skills-Assist with full system testing and go-live planning. *System Support-Support application during and after live process. *Communication/Project Management-Identifies key dependencies for assigned tasks and works to manage these to meet deadlines. Education: Baccalaureate degree, education or health related field with educational courses. Professional certification(s) and/or related experience beyond minimum training experience qualifications may substitute for formal education requirement on a two years experience-for-one year education basis. Certifications: Required to complete and pass certification in assigned EPIC application module(s) within 120 days of employment in this role. Experience:
