In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications. Job Requirements:
Our Project Finance and Public Finance group is seeking to hire an associate to join our New York City office. The ideal candidate will have up to three years of transactional experience, including experience in secured lending, corporate finance, real estate or public/project finance. Experience with tax law and tax-exempt entities, will also be considered. Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services. Principals Only.
