Summary: Responsibilities: Other information: Licensure as Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island by the Rhode Island Board of Nursing or licensure as a Registered Nurse in accordance with the Nurse Licensure Compact agreement of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing. QUALIFICATIONS:Completion of accredited RN program. Must have current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island. Bachelor*s Degree in health related field. Certification in Occupational Health Nursing. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five years of hospital employee health experience preferred in acute care health care system. WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Outpatient care and office environment. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: Direct supervision of 9 FTE*s.
