Description Leidos Dynetics is seeking a qualified Radar Technologies and Electronic Warfare Business Development Director to support long-range strategy development, business development and capture, and proposal management. Duties include, but are not limited to strategic planning, target identification, qualification of targets, aiding / coaching / mentoring / assisting stakeholders in developing capture campaign plans, identifying, prioritizing, scheduling, and accomplishing tasks to capture work, and actively participating in proposals. A successful candidate must have a working experience and demonstrated understanding of customer community and extensive knowledge of Air and Cruise Missile Defense of the Homeland. Additionally, the candidate must have a deep technical understanding of tactical datalinks and connectivity requirements. A strong candidate will have experience with electronic warfare including: Electronic Attack (electromagnetic jamming, deception, anti-radiation missiles, expendables, and Directed Energy), Electronic Support (threat warning, collection, direction finding), Electronic Protection (spectrum management, electromagnetic hardening, emission control, war reserve modes), signal processing, spectral solutions, communications, and hardware/software solutions. The business developer will coordinate efforts within the Land Systems Business Area at Leidos Dynetics and across Leidos organizations to identify and capture cooperative opportunities. The BD Manager will maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and execute cost effective win strategies to achieve annual financial objectives. The position requires the ability to work vertically and horizontally across organizational boundaries, provide BD leadership/mentorship and guidance to operational organizations and interface with financial and contracts support personnel supporting proposal development and business capture processes. Other duties include management of business development resources (Bid & Proposal and Overhead), data gathering and analysis of return on investment. Basic Qualifications
