Overview
The Locum Tenens Coordinator serves as the primary contact for all locum tenens vendors, and Shareholder contacts. This position is responsible for gathering practice details for Shareholder needs, circulating this information to the appropriate locum tenens firms in order to solicit potential providers to fill the requested openings Qualifications License/Certifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree; H.S. Diploma/GED Other Knowledge/Skills: Responsibilities Manage locum tenens contracts in conjunction with the Vice President of Recruitment Services. Coordinate completion of practice description for locums needs. Communicate locums needs with locum tenens companies, receive, screen and route appropriate candidates. Coordinate/receive/screen resumes, distribute, and communicate with medical staff and senior leaders as needed. May make travel arrangements. Disseminates information to appropriate individuals inside, as well as outside Stratum to ensure facts are communicated properly and confidentiality is maintained. Promotes team effort approach among the office staff, understanding the function of other administrative secretaries to provide coverage in these areas when absent. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $25.44per hour - $42.48per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
