OUC - The Reliable One, is presently seeking a Administrative Assistant III - Treasury Services to join the Treasury Services division. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and proactive administrative professional with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to various situations. This individual will provide essential administrative support to the Director of Treasury and the Financial & Support Services business unit while managing complex and confidential tasks. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering advanced administrative support to management and department staff, accurately and independently. Your duties will include handling correspondences, memos, time reporting, payroll, and scheduling meetings. You will also prepare reports, budgets, and administrative forms, maintain employee files, and process travel and business expense requests. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing agenda item packages for commission meetings, managing procurement credit card statements, and processing invoice payments and approvals. Collaboration and providing backup support to other administrative staff will also be key aspects of your role. Salary Range: $23.70 to $29.62 per hour commensurate with experience (est. $49,296.00 to $61,609.60) Location: "The Greenest Building in Downtown"- Reliable Plaza, 100 W.
