We are searching for a Construction Manager lll for a 1 yr. contract assignment.(W-2) This person will be an experienced Construction Managers to oversee two solar projects. The Construction Manager will provide on-site oversight of critical functions within the projects and ensure compliance with environmental and local regulations. Candidate who has cross functional skills across the following disciplines: civil, mechanical, and electrical. The work schedule will be 50 hours per week on average.

Location: Denver or Pueblo, CO

1 yr. Contract Assignment (w-2)

Pay rate: $93.00/hr.

Responsibilities:



  • Daily meetings, plan of the day, tasks, etc.
  • Will observe work to ensure that it is safe (rules/regulations) being followed.
  • Tackle any delays on recovery, track progress. NCR's and onsite/oversight.
  • Will be writing reports and Track milestones.
  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects, projects that are small to moderate in scope, risk, and/or organizational span, including subprojects of larger, more complex projects.
  • Manages multiple projects and orchestrates the results to achieve a broad program goal. Plans and implements schedules and monitors program from inception through delivery ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Defines and reports program status, development issues and success metrics. Identifies and monitors areas of risk.
  • Manages to budgets.
  • Facilitates communication and coordination among projects. Manages stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.



Requirements:



  • Preferred engineering or trade school degree.
  • 10-15 years of experience in Cross functional skills across the following disciplines: civil, mechanical, and electrical.
  • Must have the ability to make decisions, solve conflicts and act as not only a team player, but a motivator.
  • Previous Solar experience.
  • Must be willing to work about 50 hours per week, OT is expected. Start/end time are flexible - Between 6 AM/4 PM
  • Leadership experience.
  • Prior experience running a solar project
