• Provide a support role to the Manager Paumalu SAS and Team
• Office Administration, invoicing, stores inward / outward & visitor access / security. Analyze problems, determine approach, compile and analyze data, and prepare reports/recommendations
• Contact company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports
• Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature

• Direct support to the Manager
• Provide administration support by dealing with incoming emails, faxes and mail. Answering telephone calls. Filing
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Create and process purchase orders SAP
• Process P-Card expenditure claims via the in-house Concur system
• Reconcile planned & unplanned leave monthly
• Arrange meetings, conference and catering as required
• Preparation of covering letters
• Preparation of monthly reports as required
• Control site visitors according to local security process
• Manage daily couriers and goods inward / outward

• Minimum 2 years' experience in administrative job's function
• Microsoft Office Suite

• SAP
